Designer will have total freedom to design any theme on the build. The client may give out only on small requests on the build but overall theme/idea will be on designer. Given this, there will be no deadline to completion, means designer can finish anytime they want.
Designer fee will be 70% of the price above, no change on the furniture fee.

✿ Accepting gil and other payments (please DM for rates). Upfront gil will be needed for furniture costs regardless of payment type. Payment for designer fee can be paid later once the draft layout confirmed.
✿ Please have the house plot ready when discuss with me.
✿ Please have the theme/sample/wishlist ready and firm when discussing on the layout. Be mindful that certain designs will affect on the housing details ie. if you need modern house, you will likely need to close off floors or cut down the build details. You can use these template as guide to request commission:

✿ I will not tolerate commission of copying the exact design from other decorator, I can alter around the idea and concept, but not exact copy. This goes the same with my own build, you may take as sample as inspiration but not exact copy. I may not mind the copying but the owner may do as they paid for the build. Please DM me first if you do. Copying my builds and share via Makeplace is strictly prohibited.
✿If you need extra changes, please do so when the decoration is ongoing. Any extra heavy changes after the decoration completion will be charged. Minor changes still acceptable.
✿ Builds (regardless any size) will take max 1 month for me to design after I notify you on your turn. Please don't rush me!
✿ All build designs will be showcase in this WIX portfolio, housingsnap and a video walkthrough in Youtube. Should you wish to have the house or your name to be hidden or not showcase in any of the social media, please let me know!
✿ In any circumstances of situation, I have the right to decline your request. Refund will be considered except when the deco has completed, no refund will be entertained.
✿ Please at least have the design to be up for one month. Should you relocate, demolish, or taking down my design for redecoration, please let me know so I can update the build details in my portfolio. This also includes part of the house. If you disagree on any parts of my builds, please don't hesitate to feedback to me to work things out!
✿ For FC house, I will only entertain request and changes from FC leader or one key person - so that to avoid multiple requests coming from multiple people in FC.
